These Flagstones are very brittle on transit. We recommend 20% for cuts and waste on orders less than 40m2. and 14 % up to 120 m2, thereafter 10% should suffice.
If they are fitted internally ;These flagstones require much more adhesive to lay as they vary in thickness which makes them more expensive to lay than a normal 15mm tile.

The tiles are packed by humans into crates at quarry in India
The 20foot container is stuffed with telescopic forklifts
The container is taken on imperfect roads to the port
The container is unloaded from the lorry
The container is loaded with a Craine to the ship
The ship takes 30days in transit on sea to get here with weather mostly harsh
The container is unloaded at port with Craine
The container is loaded on a lorry and travels to our yard
The container is then unloaded with a ramp and folk lift
The pallets are then loaded to a lorry and hyab/Tail lift off to the end customer
The pallets are normally slightly battered and some tiles can damage, as this type of stone is brittle but you should be able to use alot of them for cuts
The tiles are a reclaimed look and have natural imperfections
Sediment lines are commonly found in this stone
We recommend sealing with STAINPROOF by DRY TREAT to protect the stone as long as possible. Our selection of limestone tiles offer a broad variety of colours, sizes and finishes to enhance any home. Many are available in large format for those looking for a traditional flagstone floor.
